I recently spoke to a powerful group of civic leaders and we talked about the distinctions of servant leadership vs. other types of leaders that are prevalent in organizations today. Leading is never easy. Making tough decisions may not make you popular. But striving to be a servant leader will not only create powerful teams but powerful results.
